Booking Policy

Although room rate may change from season to season, we can assure you the best rate if you book direct from us. If you find any cheaper rates, show us and we will match it! Also, modification to your booking through us is hassle-free. Please note this policy does not over rule the policies on other booking platforms. We kindly ask you to read and understand the policy respectively when you make your booking. 

Reservation Deposit

We will collect first night as deposit on successful reservations. Guests are required to pay the balance on the arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is very simple. Just give us a 7 days cancellation policy before your arrival, and we will waive any charges on your booking.

Modification policy

You can modify your booking 3 days before your arrival with no modification fee. We will charge the difference in rates, if there is any.  

Valid ID and Pre - Authorisation 

Guests will need to show their photo ID (driving license, passport, etc) and valid credit card on arrival. Failure to show valid IDs may result in refusal on check in. 

 

We may charge a pre-authorisation fee of AU$50.00. The pre-authorisation fee will be released on the check out date, and it may take up to 5 business days for the fund to be cleared into your bank card.  

No - Show Policy

Your booking will be cancelled, and full amount will be charged if you do not turn up on the arrival date.
